Cortijo Opazo has something to offer during all seasons of the year, whether you want to take advantage of the excellent walking trails that can be found in the valleys and hills around, or want to relax in the serenity of the garden here, reading a book or dozing to the sound of goat bells, each season has its own special pleasures.  At 1250 metres above sea level the temperature here never gets too hot in summer and at night there is always a cooling breeze descending from the high mountains.  In winter the sun remains our constant friend and rarely leaves us for more than a day or two.  The nights may be crisp with mountain air, but our under floor central heating means that the accommodation is warm and there are log burning stoves for additional cosiness .

You can choose a self catering holiday, staying in one of our farmhouse apartments: Opazo Vista or Opazo Jardin.  Both of these are equipped to a high standard enabling you to enjoy preparing your own meals  to eat al fresco.  

Our Green Mountain Yurt also offers a great destination for 'off grid' glamping.  A fully self catering and independant accommodation enjoying a secluded garden spot away from the house with some spectacular views across the valley.
